You hammer various players with 100s and 100s of relentless posts but as soon as they do something good you either disappear or give a thinly veiled "He was good tonight but he's still ****" type comment. I honestly think you'd have been gutted when he put that in today and were wishing it was Dirk.

No I don't, I think he is a poor player who played a lot better tonight, but is no way good enough for us. But I know you seem to think we have all the bestest players in the world and any criticism is sacreligous, so I'll let you live there in peace.Originally posted by Chris View PostYou hammer various players with 100s and 100s of relentless posts but as soon as they do something good you either disappear or give a thinly veiled "He was good tonight but he's still ****" type comment. Now run along, there's a good boy.

It seems he got some confidence back as even his first touch afterwards was better.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostLooked a different player after his goal. ****ing love it. I don't think he's very good but I really like him (if that makes sense) and would love nothing more than for him to prove me wrong.
Typical though that he's come into his best form for us just as Suarez is due back
First goal was simple but effective (love how he outran the defender on the far post) and he could have had couple more.
His overall movement and mobility today was improvement compared to the previous games.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

If you'd bothered to read my opinions on him you'd see I dont think he's all that and actually would have been quite happy if he'd have been sold in this window. I dont feel the need to tell the forum my opinions on players 10s and 10s of times per day though so you may not have noticed in fairness.Originally posted by Mattshark View PostNo I don't, I think he is a poor player who played a lot better tonight, but is no way good enough for us. It's not about you not rating him, it's about the constant spamming of the forum with it and the disappearing act or thinly veiled **** as soon as he does something well.
You are here non stop when he does something bad, it'd be nice to see you show the opposite side when he does well. Same with Adam, hammer him all the time, 2 assists and it's all quiet. Hammer Downing all the time, better v City and Utd and you go quiet. It genuinely seems like you have an utter hatred of a lot of our players and are devastated to see certain ones do well.
It's just a seriously weird attitude for a Liverpool supporter and thats my issue, not you not rating him.

I wasn't quite at all v City and I was at my mates house for the United game, but never mind.
If I don't rate a player, I don't rate him, the occasional good game isn't going to change that, I won't pretend to like them as a player. I will be happy if we build a squad to get back in the CL and then go from there, I'm feeling disillusioned about how we have gone about that and imo gone backwards from the second half of last season.
If I feel more positive, I will be more positive, but getting back in the CL is by far the most important thing and I have genuine concern that we won't get it.

We have momentum and confidence on our side now I think, 4th is there for the taking IMO. Chelsea have an ageng squad and a rookie manager who looks to be out of his depth. Arsenal will surely bottle it.Originally posted by Mattshark View PostI wasn't quite at all v City and I was at my mates house for the United game, but never mind.

I'm made up we have Suarez back, but I still have midfield concerns and concerns about bus parkers at Anfield.Originally posted by ~LFCHistory~ View PostWe have momentum and confidence on our side now I think, 4th is there for the taking IMO. That proves, no matter what happens, you'll never go back on your initial judgement. He was very good against the mancs and excellent tonight. An assist and a goal in his last 2 games (unlucky to hit the bar vs United too) and you're still not satisfied.
Basically, you've made up your mind and it simply wont change. Sad.

Oh Craig, you don't half know how to set them up for people.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostBasically, you've made up your mind and it simply wont change.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?
