Thanjk you.

The biggest change I've noticed in him having watched the last two games is that he seems to be playing with more energy. Putting himself about a bit more, and not falling to ground at the slightest touch.
He just needs to play (and train) with that same attitude, and I'm sure he'll be effective for us.
If it leads to us scoring goals, it's extremely significant.
But it, at least in part, comes from him being a striker, and him being on the pitch. Of course one striker is going to draw defenders away from other players, whoever that striker may be. Again, the idea was only mocked because you bumped this thread to the proclaim the brilliance of his 'being marked by a defender' contribution. Not looking to argue, but just correcting the idea that nobody appreciated such a contribution and mocked it.

Surely you recognise that he draws defenders away and they're worried about him, because he's Andy Carroll and he's known for being dangerous in the air?
Never wrote him off, but struggled at times this season.
Two things for me...
1. He's finally looking match fit, its very difficult to get match fit by only playing the odd 10-20 min cameo every 2nd match or so. So with a bit more game time afforded to him due to Luis ban he's got himself match fit and upped his std
2. The team are starting to have an understanding of his playing style and visa versa, so its slowly starting to gel. He def needs support, at times he looked aimless playing against the mancs on his own up front aginst 3 defenders.
So lets wait and see if he gets the nod against King and Kaboul mon night.
Your too good to be true, can't take the ball off you you got a heavenly touch, you pass like Sounness to rush. And when we're pissed in the bars we thank the Lord that your ours

He'll start on Monday I think, a goal and assist in his last 2 games is a step forward, a good performance against Spurs would keep the momentum going. The big question for me is what will happen when Luis is match fit again, will AC keep his starting spot and form a partnership with Suarez ?
