Good when given regular games, won't get that with us and the midfield attacking areas are starting to clog up. Needs to go.

Loan a good call unless we get offered a worthwhile amount of £7m plus. Or at the very least, the fee to cover the purchase of Luis Alberto. That way it's just a straight swap and a punt on another player.
    Forwards.......

Sell. I think he's been here too long to mature into a good player.

        What does that mean?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I totally forgot about him..I think it's enough we've to live with Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing situation...

Personally I would keep him and loan him out, but if he is sold we need to make sure we include these type of clauses.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

although he's not my favourite player and he's kind of (well, looks like an) arrogant lad, he might have future here. maybe loan for year or two would do no harm, quite opposite!

63 million on Carroll, Downing and Adam :O
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Liverpool's Jonjo Shelvey is a transfer target for Crystal Palace as well as Swansea
                            1 Jul 2013 22:30
Premier League new boys from midfielder's native London are more willing than the Swans to meet Reds' £5million valuation

Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway has joined the race for Liverpool’s England starlet Jonjo Shelvey - and is ready to pay the £5million fee.

Holloway contacted the Anfield giants on Monday to enquire about midfielder Shelvey, who will be sold by Brendan Rodgers after falling down the pecking order.

Shelvey has been on Holloway’s radar since he was Blackpool boss, and now he has Premier League football with south Londoners Palace to offer the 21-year-old.

Swansea have also been negotiating for Shelvey, who won a full England cap last season and also wore the Three Lions at this summer Under-21 Euros, but while they did not want to meet Liverpool's full asking price.

Championship Play-off winners Palace, in contrast, are keen to pay and hope to get the nod to speak to Londoner Shelvey, who started his career at Charlton, in the next few days.

Rodgers will let Shelvey and fellow English midfielder Jay Spearing go because they are unlikely to figure in an area of the team where he has added new faces Philippe Coutinho and Luis Alberto this year.

The cash they bring will also go some way to balancing the Reds' books.

Would guess that JJS's wages might be a problem for the likes of Palace?
