Thought Shawcross was brilliant on sunday, though he was only up against Fernando Torres. Nasty cunt aswell and I love that in a defender.

They seem pretty well run financially though so think it'd take a mega offer for them to part with him so late.

Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I quite liked how he took no **** from Terry and pretty much gave it back as good he took it. I can't see Stoke letting him go though, I feel this is just media talk to assist in negotiations with Cahill.

Just found an article from the Danish news agency - I tried running it through Google translate but the result was dreadful so here's the main things:

          - Poulsen's agent says that he's been in contact with Liverpool
          - The club has told him that the prospect of Poulsen playing is very small
          - He's free to look for a new club and his agent claims to have contact with interested clubs.
          - Poulsen is only interested in a transfer - not a loan, since he doesn't to move around too often with his wife and three children

I think Shaggy posted Skysports article on the same subject little while ago in "Dead Wood" thread.

Good to see that he is not opposed to the idea of moving and playing the regular football is what he wants to do.

              - I was so happy about my first meaningful post for a long time but off course Shaggy steals my moment of glory...

He is a nasty cunt, we could do with someone like him in defence smashing the **** out of everyone!

Vidic is a nasty cunt and he's quality.

Christian Poulsen is "stressed" by the turmoil surrounding his Liverpool career.

The 31-year-old was omitted from the side for next month's Euro 2012 qualifier with Norway with his future currently in limbo despite interest from FC Copenhagen offering him a potential lifeline.

Coach Morten Olsen today revealed that he felt that the veteran midfielder Poulsen was not in the right frame of mind to represent his country with his Anfield career remaining unresolved.

Poulsen has struggled to command a place in the Reds' starting line-up following his move from Juventus last summer and Daniel Agger will take charge of the Denmark captaincy in his absence.

"He's stressed by his situation, that's why I've chosen to overlook him this time," said Olsen.

"We hope that Christian finds a good club and gets playing time so that he can return against Portugal and Cyprus in October."
