As long as he doesn't make a move for Clarke.

He'll be sacked when they don't win the CL in a couple of seasons.

This one came from nowhere and very good move for Chelsea. I can see him bringing at least 2 in Falcao, Hulk and Moutinho for next season.

We can't even hope that Joey Barton breaks his leg to keep him out for the season

    1 Tenner down.

Heard about this on the radio this morning and i was hoping he would turn them down.

Premeirship just got that little bit more interesting.
I agree with this, I have a feeling the league could be a lot better this year.

This should be interesting. He's not even players choice and he's younger than most of the big ego's.

If he doesn't win the CL he will be sacked. That is all he needs to know. Massive risk for him to take this job at this stage of his career - following in his 'mentors' footsteps as well. Like I said, big risk.

Agreed; since Mourinho it hasn't exactly been a stable place for managers.

I'm glad he's gone there in a way. He could be absolutely amazing, or he could fail terribly. There are a lot of big egos at Chelsea, and he will be under immense pressure to deliver straight away. This will make things very interesting!

We might as well not even bother next season now.
