    Arsenal turned to **** end of Jan last year - there were only good for the first half of last season.

    They actually dropped more points in the second half of last season than they did in the first half of this season, so the talk of Rice making them worse is a little premature.

    Isn’t his primary role protector/controller rather than creator though?

    Nobody really criticised Fabinho for not providing enough key passes or through balls when he was widely considered to be a world class DM - that wasn’t why he was in the team.

    It’s “throughballs” and “key passes” not progressive passes. Just checked.
