Falcao has disaster written all over him. Wellbeck is a decent piece of business for Arsenal. He's an England international and £16m is not as insane as spending £70m on a mercenary.

I've grown to like Welbeck over the last 12 months. Awful in front of goal but good game all round otherwise.

Wenger had a real chance this season to get another top striker in but sure he went and done a Wenger.

Wellbeck will work hard and chip in with a few goals but he really isn't the quality they need. Delighted they've bought him actually.

Loads I know rated him, most thought he was better than Sturridge until admitting they were wrong last season. Fools.

I'd say he's quite well thought of amongst their fans and most of them didn't want him to go. Quite a lot of them kicked off when it leaked he was up for sale about a week ago.

The two Mancs in our office still say he's Englands best striker, and its only because he hasn't had a run of games up front that his stats don't back it up.

I've given up trying to convince them, although they are gradually starting to come round to my way of think on Cleverley.

Good mate of mine goes to every United home game and he's always rated Welback. According to him he makes excellent runs and works hard.
