Unbelievable- another great let down from those who have sworn to protect public interests, it's a disgrace.

It's ****in appalling. It's surely no accident.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostI can't believe the BBC's 'highly likely' error.
And it's still there. That's very poor journalism. Gives pretty much the opposite impression to what the judgement was getting at.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

So,
So the FA need to decide whether, on the balance of probabilities, it is likely that Terry did believe this, given the 'reliable' Ferdinand's statement that he didn't say it.Weighing all the evidence together, I think it is highly unlikely that Mr
Ferdinand accused Mr Terry on the pitch of calling him a black cunt.
However I accept that it is possible that Mr Terry believed at the time, and
believes now, that such an accusation was made
Definitely a case to answer by any measure.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

They've changed it to
"In his written judgement, he said that after weighing the evidence it was "highly unlikely" that Mr Ferdinand accused Mr Terry of racially abusing him however he said it was possible that Mr Terry believed at the time that an accusation had been made."Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

"The judge said it was highly unlikely that Mr Terry abused Mr Ferdinand in the manner he was accused of".
I've heard it about 3 times now, every time the news reader uses the same sentence.
Incredible.
