There is no way englands terry will receive the same ban as luis. The FA simply have to give John Terry an 8 match ban. He will receive an 8 match ban, but the media won't label Terry a racist. They will claim that he's been found not guilty in a court of law and therefore is innocent. The media are xenophobes and aren't going to vilify a cockernee geeza.

As far as I recall it was 2 for abuse. Doubled for the racial element, double for the [deemed to be] multiple offences

This supports your recollection. Laughable to suggest that Evra was racially abused multiple times though, quite ridiculous given the complete lack of evidence or witnesses.
