Ferguson on Terry: "The fact he got a four-game ban, he may consider that's quite lenient considering Luis Suarez got eight"

The FA will have to review their decision now their boss has said that.

          Though it's depressingly true.

Hey! What ever happened about one of those two idiots tweeting more or less the same as the Rio RT, either Ousley or Powar called someone a 'Coconut', and yet the subject has miraculously disappeared into thin air!

****in hypocrites! It's ****e like this that leaves me with little faith in those that run such organisations.

It's the same **** as what Suarez is supposed to have done, got wound up by someone and reacted with an inappropriate comment, same as others on Twitter who've been pulled up about it also.

If Kick it out want to be trusted, then the 'kicking out' needs to start closer to home.

Anton speaks out after Terry ban

Anton Ferdinand has broken his silence after John Terry was found guilty of using racist language towards him, declaring: "Footage don't lie."

Ferdinand took to Twitter to respond to abuse he claimed to have received on the social media site since Terry was handed a four-match ban and a £220,000 fine by an independent Football Association panel over the pair's altercation in a match at Loftus Road almost a year ago.

The QPR defender tweeted: "On a serious note people need 2 read the facts before they send stupid tweets 2 me with liar and grass in it footage don't lie."

(Please note strong language in first paragraph) Ferdinand's tweet seemed to refer to the video footage that appeared to show Chelsea captain Terry using the words "f****** black c***" towards him during last October's west London derby.

Terry was cleared in July by Westminster Magistrates Court of uttering the words as an insult.

But that did not prevent him being found guilty of a similar charge under FA rules, with the FA charge relating to whether or not he had used the words at all irrespective of context.

Terry, who has always denied all charges against him, was still deciding on Friday whether to appeal that verdict.
Ferdinand should be hauled up on a charge for communicating like this.

              I get it Anton, you're cool !

It seems like the media are trying to hide this story, they're giving it minimal attention. When Luis Suarez was accused of the same "offence" the media relentlessly vilified him, now John Terrry has been "kicked in the teeth". The FA and the media are a bunch of ****ing racists, the hypocrisy is unbelievable.

So the "kicked in the teeth" has nothing to do with John Terry - it refers to black players who are furious at John Terry's paltry punishment?!!!

If they had waited 1 days longer to deliver the verdict Kean could have been getting sacked from Blackburn on the back of both papers.

Correct, it refers to the feeling of black and ethnic players by the light ban, not what the ban is for Terry

Really?! I expected RACIST above a photo of John Terry, not "kicked in the teeth" above a photo of John Terry.

You expect too much of the Mirror. A proper paper would not be so two faced. Of course, a proper paper would not have gone with the racist headline to begin with.
