Watched The Banker last night, really enjoyable film. It focuses on the absolutely vile institutional racism the existed in Texas in 1960s. Well worth the watch

A footballer whose team could face an FA fine for walking off the pitch after he was racially abused says "it sends out completely the wrong message".
Gillingham Town Reserves midfielder Eboni McCann said the abuse was "hurled" at him by a fan at the cup tie against Bridport Reserves on 9 October.
The club has been charged with a misconduct offence by the FA under its E20 rule.

There were some interviews about it on Sky yesterday and it seems the ref confirmed he heard the abuse as well.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

He's a ****ing knobheadOriginally posted by Norbs View PostWhy are the BBC peddling the phrase 'section of the crowd'. That's wholly incorrect and needs to be clarified before it escalates in to an LFC hate campaign.
Hope the culprit gets a lifetime ban, I wonder what triggered his reaction? There's no place in the world for race hate

The FA’s quote was “We are very concerned about the allegation of discrimination from an area of the crowd, which was reported to the match officials during the Premier League fixture between Liverpool and Bournemouth.”.We are here for a good time not a long time....
