It would appear he only knows how to set a team up to play with a back 5 and they don't have the players suited to that format (or he's not a good enough coach to coach the current players)

As others have said he’s so tied to 3-5-2 and the players aren’t suited. De Ligt, Maguire, Casimiero and Ericsson might be the slowest 4 ever to start a game together in PL history
