                I agree that he's a better option than Aspas, but they aren't the same type of player and Aspas didn't 'replace' Borini

                I don't think there has to be any great conspiracy afoot tho, I just think he wanted to play and due to the players at our disposal it made sense for him to get game time elsewhere

                Bit strange in that you'd think he'd be a good option of the bench though, especially having worked under Brendan before

                  i said as much a while ago and i think my post was deleted as it might have been construed as having slightly racist undertones by anyone who didnt notice the tongue firmly planted in cheek.

                    If by generalising you mean ****ty xenophobic stereotyping then yes.

                    I still have that post and tongue in cheek or not, it was certainly not cool and didn't go down well with a number of people, so a bit silly to bring it up and act like it was just a sense of humour fail by certain people.

                          I disagree. I think Aspas is a lot more versatile and has the ability to worry defenders. He's not at his best at the minute, but **** me he's 4 games into his LFC career and already he's getting a sickening amount of abuse (not that you are, haha). Spoke to a mate during the week and say's his brother hates him and nearly put the tv through when he came on the other night.

                              He showed some very clever play in preseason too. I think he'll become a valuable squad player.
