That's because the cunt expects to earn what he's earning at Liverpool & even if Lille could afford they would never pay him that. He needs to decide if he wants to play football & drop his wages by at least half or keep stealing from LFC & not play again - simple.
I thought he did okay TBH. Still wouldn't want him starting again, but didn't think he was that bad. What Rodgers was thinking playing him CF in second though half I don't know. Shame big Ngoo wasn't there to step up to the plate.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

The pace of the game suited him and he was okay. He needs to be in a continental league at this stage in his career. I agree it was a shame that Cole got to try the forward role rather than Morgan and Pacheco getting a chance to combine. I worry a bit that it means Rodgers sees something in him and feels he's just not fit at the minute.

After his WBA comments, that surely can’t be true. Even if it was down to fitness and Cole retained most of his ability, I just can't see him remaining fit enough to play consecutive games. I couldn’t believe when Rodgers started him against Gomel as I thought we were trying to offload, and lo and behold he gets injured 20 mins later.

To be honest, I have no idea what Rodgers plan is with any of our fringe players at the minute. I'm more searching for a pattern than anything. Along with the strange distribution of time given to Cole, I have questions about him giving Assaidi so little time and Downing so much.

After his last performance Cole shouldnt be anywhere near a LFC side, last night didnt do anything to improve that view of him imo
Rodgers needs time to get things right but decisions like playing Cole are suicidal
I cant think of any reasons why Cole was preferred over Assaidi, or Pacheco, or Suso, or Yesil, or someonelike Adorjan or even my mum
