Interesting about the take-ons, dribbling is a huge asset to his game too but feels like we don't see it too often. Gives us something different from Lucas if needed. Also, check out Lucas tackling stat Replace Gerrard with a solid player defensively and going forward and we are in business next season.

Allen is really looking good these past games, Lucas might face a battle to get back in, which is what the team needs really.

That's the problem with both Allen and Lucas, both look a bloody good fit when over their long term injuries and a run of games. But both break down just when they're going strong. Happened at least thrice with Lucas and at least twice with Allen.

Think the system and most of all Henderson is really helping his game. Having two hard working wing backs helps massively and lets him be that bit more adventurous. Hope it continues.

Both Allen and Henderson's confidence drops with Gerrard on the pitch.I think it's a mental issue and trying to play the ball to Stevie to force the run of play instead of allowing the natural build up. There is no knock on Stevie, but there may be way too much respect for him to make plays happen.
