    Re financials

Clubs should be limited to wages not in excess of 50% of income

Income should exclude sponsorship money and be based only on TV, transfer fund, gate & merchandise. ie income that can't be artificially inflated

Transfer capping. No club should have a net spent in excess of £50m in one season

Exactly. Spurs are in a false position, this way we'd really show how **** they are

i think it was talked about - but i don't ever recall it being in play? - or it may have come in but there was some ridiculous way round it cause i seem to remember Insua somehow qualify as home grown cause he'd been in england two years or something.

No loanees over 23 years old
Any player must return to club for a season after being loaned
Any player that is loaned more than 2 times becomes a free agent

Take Lukaku as an example. That's two seasons that Chelsea has decided they don't want him. He should be free to leave this coming season or else be kept in their squad for a season.
the first one - i think i was speaking with someone about loans in another thread...

i'd allow loans in the same division, providing it was 'home grown' under 23.

ie - loaning the likes of borini/lukaku etc is a bit ****...surely as country then the youngsters coming through will benefit....so instead of the likes of Ibe going out on loan to Birmingham, he'd go to sunderland - so we get more young english players getting the chance of premiership football.

i do agree with some of the other points re loans....

i'd also, alongside a squad size limit - maybe put in place and limit to how many players a club can loan in one season to prevent teams signing players just to stop them going to a rival - and then just farming them out on loan

11 players no subs, rush goalie, no offside rule, video evidence to be used during the game, 10m advancement for arguing/****ing about, all injuries that require assistance - player leaves pitch for a min of 10 minutes from when the ref blows. A free pint for all fans when a goal is scored.

I dont know if I would like to see the return of the one sub rule?

Id also like to see the return of Numbers 1-11 for the players on the pitch. No silly squad numbers that mean things to people.

not a rule change as such but more a general observation i'd like to see change etc

i get annoyed with reactions to when people go down, under a fair tackle.

ie - player a has the ball, player b tackles him - player a goes down, not looking for a foul - all of a sudden it seems to mean that player a has dived.

this along with the over analysis of such incidents which leads to criticism of the referees - granted the ref's are **** in general - but i get annoyed when tough decision is made by the ref. Who gets one look at it, at full speed, from one angle, and has a split second to make a decision...

then the reply is shown a million times, at a million angles in super slow mo - sometimes you've just got to accept that the ref couldn't have seen the contact and had to go with his judgement.

all teams to have multiball system which should work properly. ball out of play....new ball available instantly.

Post match analysis that only focuses on controversial incidents is piss poor too. Guess that's not a rule change. But it is something that I'd like to see changed

yup that's sort of what i was leaning too.

i guess it's what makes good viewing for the daily star type ****** viewers and gives bellends like paul merson something to ramble on about.

ok - incidents happen - they should be shown/discussed and but closed off and move on.

You really should tell Mourinho. His ****ing ghost will still be on about that "ghost goal."

                            Set piece taker substitutions.

There must be a ton of **** players who's saving grace is the ability to take an amazing corner or freekick.

I think Hockey has a similar rule.

sin bin for 5 minutes for minor issues, 10 minutes for bad tackles and rough stuff. a straight red if its shockingly bad.
instant video replay so if the ref was wrong or conned the player can return to the pitch.
video panel to review all issues. anything missed can then be dealt with.
go back to the old offside rule.

it boils my piss that some ****er will play against us but maybe get a suspension instead of being able to play against our rivals. its much better to have the extra man advantage in your game and its then up to you to try and make it count. like in ice hockey if a player loses a man or two they change to being defensive and the other team must try and break through the two parked buses.
it will be very interesting seeing the ebb and flow as tactics are changed mid game.

as the players from the sin bin then return to the pitch the advantage might then switch to that team as the rested players rejoin and the team then return to being more attacking.

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
