Sampdoria are trying to sign Mario Balotelli on loan, according to Corriere dello Sport on Monday morning.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Samp are hoping to agree a loan deal with Liverpool for Super Mario, in which the Reds will help pay the striker’s wages along with the Italian club.

Saying that, CdS make it crystal clear that it is “unthinkable” that Sampdoria can do a deal for Balotelli without the “financial support from Liverpool”

Despite no evidence to back this up I'm for some reason convinced that he'll eventually turn out good for us and we should keep him. There's still good in him. I can feel it.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Balotelli and Tevez would be great.

I think this is the point with Mario. He should be the star man that makes a forward line look the real deal. Instead he's one who may look good if paired with someone else of real quality.
                    Forwards.......

This was doing the rounds back in March IIRC. (Sorry Bender).

Cant see anyone matching his wages here. He'll still be here next season, banging the goals in with Ings.

If that happens there shouldn't be a grumble from anyone.

If he stays I'll get behind him & hope that having finally brought in some strikers with pace to cover Danny they'd make good partners for Mario. I think he had one good game all season & it was his debut with Danny in the diamond.

I hope we go back to that & with signing players with hustle like Ings, Milner & Origi I think it could well be on the cards.

Maybe we should play Ings, Austin, Benteke and Origi to all make the space for SuperMario to **** his 40m screamers into the back of the Kop, the fat bloke at the back with his curry and chips can retrieve the ball each time.
