I don’t mind that Kerkez was booked for diving against Burnley and I saw a similar one last night for Fulham but a Newcastle player has done the same and no card. This is the inconsistency that annoys everyone. If you’re going to crack down on diving for a penalty I’m all for it but do it consistently for everyone no matter what.

According to Adam Clery, who obviously knows everything there is to know about the game, their tactics have been found out. He said that they rely on teams pressing their double midfield pivot to make spaces for their breaks through the middle, and this season, teams are keeping their midfield deeper and villa can't break through. Take of that what you will.
