It would be great if everyone now grew some balls and boycotted it.

Consider me in. Won't watch a minute, won't have a single bet on it

Are you boycotting the whole thing Foster? You mentioned not watching live football, what about highlight programs etc?

Wont be watching a single minute of that ****e. **** of a country and leadership regime. **** the lot of them. **** England as well with the tosspot Kane as captain. He’s a diving prick and the media think he’s the second coming… ffs.

I won’t even be watching any more of our games this season… I’m done with our **** performances and falling off a cliff. Everyone knew this was coming and FSG have done next to nothing…

The sooner the World Cup is over, the better… I hope the ratings stink the place out.

What would be the ramifications if a club who've qualified for the WC were to withdraw?

I think a country pulling out would be unprecedented, presumably they would be replaced by one of the teams knocked out in the playoffs or latter stages of the qualification process. In terms of punishment for said country I imagine it would equate to failing to fulfil a fixture or fixtures and would face a punishment in accordance with FIFAs rules, I expect there would also be a large fine for the FA because it would be hugely embarrassing for FIFA especially if it were politically motivated.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
