So, could he play in the Champions League even though these ***** at the FA haven't given the go ahead for his clearance ? Does the FIFA ruling (clearing him from completing his move to us) allow him to play in Europe ?Comment

I reckon the FA are taking a while to square off any legal implications and also to make it appear that they are taking the whole thing seriously.
FIFA kind of set a precedent, however the joint ownership status is a concern.
