That's what I pointed out in my earlier post. West Ham doesn't really owns him. They only own his playing status. MSI still owns everything else. MSI is the ones who decides if he will be sold or loaned out for example and they get the transfer fee when he moves on.
Am not arguing with you AF
All I was saying is that the mirror make no reference to Mascherano being owned by an agent, they only make reference to the third club in a year thing.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

    * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

      I also noticed that.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

am I right in thinking he can play in Champs league as it's only the red tape of premier league that stops him appearing in the league?

He is in our CL squad so he can play for us in the CL as soon as we get the all clear to use him.

But can´t he play in the CL regardless what the Premier League says? Isn´t that up to UEFA / FIFA?
                      * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

                        No.
He has to be cleared by the Premier League to be a LFC player.
Thats my take on it anyway.

that's a boogie isn't it, i remember west ham coming out when it was signed saying that they signed them on permanent bases and they owned the 100%, then reports suggested that they bought them with major clauses in their contracts, corinthias or msi would recieve 95% of money they were bought for, they had to accept all offers over a certain amount of money etc, was well dodgy but sounded leagal, then magnusson came out shortly after he bought the club and said they didn't own them, it's a **** up of the highest order, i want to know whats up and whats down...
