I would suggest in future before making smart arsed remarks you get your facts straight

As far as I am aware none of the above stated it was a "done deal"

Informer stated a fee had been agreed but there was still work to be done on personal terms etc.. he actually stated it was by no means a done deal

Wallet said a £9.4 million bid had been made and no reply received

I said my source "Expects Kuyt to sign this week" or "should sign this week".

Maybe my English is terrible but none of the above sounds anything remotetly like a "done deal"

Maybe you should also look and criticise some of those on this site who have made similar claims or does that not fit into your agenda
