Personally i have never really seen him play barring the world cup! Where he wasn't impressive but that was only a few games.

Also how much is 15 million euros in pounds ??

Nando wasn't world class when he arrived mate. He was past his best before he left Madrid.

hes hardworking , likes to drop deep to collect the ball, is strong ,pretty quick for a big man, and likes to drift out to the left where he isnt bad at putting in a decent cross.
reminds me of collymore, not sure what he's like in the air
and these opinions are only based on last few months where ive been watchin him, basically the wc and friendlies.

Well, I can't really say I've seen him play more than, I dunno, three times ever, but Stan Collymore is possibly the last player on Earth he reminds me of.

                  "hard-working"?

Wll he was hyped as World class and many, including myself, felt Rafa had pulled off an Alonso-esque coup.

He had a great record for Madrid and Spain and was very highly respected.

we could do with someone who is as good as Nando in the air, now that we have two out and out wingers on each side.

"Hyped" being the important word. I had high hopes for Nando but he failed miserably.

I think he meant in style rather than workrate.. He does a bit, and he can welly the ball too.
