I think he's a player who runs defenders out of position, holds the ball up well and looks to get in the box. The first quality will be very useful as we now have players (Bellamy) who can exploit space behind defenders. With Kuyt pulling them out of position, Bellamy could prosper.

15 million pounds is a lot of money, he'll have a lot of pressure on his shoulders as our most expensive signing. For what he brings he could prove to be worth it but I think the jury is out on his price.

How good is Kuyt ??

Personally i have never really seen him play barring the world cup! Where he wasn't impressive but that was only a few games.

Also how much is 15 million euros in pounds ??
