Ok, I am all up for the banner the celtic fans sent to us, great show of appreciation and mutual respect. I am all up for making a banner in reciprocation to show our respect o them and thank them.
However, our banner, despite the good intentions is pretty vomit inducing in all fairness. A simple "thank you Celtic" would have sufficed, but the "We've never walked alone"?
That sounds really completely and utterly cheesy and I cringed when I saw it. Fair play for the effort though, but I would rather have seen something else than that.You walk down road.

After the events of the last week or so with so much attention being paid to violence/disorder in football I think it would be good if the media actually highlighted how football can bring people together. Unfortunately our media are too partial to cynical headlines and stories; that's what sells. Football gets a very bad press but events like this contradict the commonly held view that all football fans are rabid hate-filled antagonists hell bent on a path of animosity towards anyone but their own team.
Allthe best in the CL guys. You will have one Bhoy up here in Jockland cheering for you anyway.
