It was an understrength Chelsea admittedly yes, but it's the only real psychological factor we have in our favour, and it'll be the one thing Rafa will be concentrating his players on.Originally posted by Tom View PostYes, a chelski lacking their two centre-backs. They'll be more or less full strength on tuesday, a goal up and playing us on the break. It's a horrible postion to be in because if we concede we are out.

Sadly, it is no easy task. We needed that away goal badly.Originally posted by Tom View PostYes, a chelski lacking their two centre-backs. They'll be more or less full strength on tuesday, a goal up and playing us on the break. It's a horrible postion to be in because if we concede we are out.
The Chavs are always likely to score, and they love to play on the counter attack.

Not being pessimistic, just looking at it objectively and tactically and thinking were going to have to put in a perfect performance all round the pitch. We have to bomb ob for goals but we cannot concede on the counter.
I'm worried this will play on the minds of some of the players and they will be caught in limbo, neither fully committing to attack or defence.
Good points being made about the fact Chelski had no defence when we beat them 2-0 at Anfield
