Shaggy, how can he get down the sides of a team that is defending that deep? If he goes out wide then who is he going to cross a ball to? The only times Chelsea attacked was on a break, and when we won the ball back, we couldnt get the passing together enough to find him. We only dominated possesion in the second half and got our passing together then. Its all ifs and buts, but Bellamy might have profited more in the second half if it was Kuyt that came off. The high balls Crouch couldve tried to flick on for him, because lets face it, as good as Kuyt maybe at coming deep etc, he isnt going to be the player to latch on to any knock downs is he? Bellers was wasted last night more so then just being bollocks.

Cos Chelsea flooded the central areas of the park in their defensive third - a football pitch isn't so big that a team can cover it all - and there were gaps down the sides. Chelsea defended deep but the congestion was mainly through the middle. He couldn't come short, granted, cos it was flooded and, besides, Kuyt was there doing his Heskey impersonation - but he could've worked the channels better IMO.

Ok, fair enough I cant be arsed carrying that part on but to be fair to Bellamy, even if he had done what you say (even tho I dont reckon there was the space) the rest of the team in the first half were ****e and the passing was so weak they wouldnt have found any runs anyway. Like I said, I think he would have done better, and certainly done better than Kuyt, if he had played with Crouch and our passing was like it was in the second half thus making Bellers a victim of Rafa's tactics and a ****e all round team performance and certainly not just a case of him being wank.

I only mentioned him because if I hadn't done that when I mentioned the words injury prone then the next post would have been.....but what about Michael Owen.

That happens every time I talk about an injury prone player.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Yeah, but I thought I would anyway.

Feel like I have to do my part for Est Member relations after Marky's banning.
