Ex-shareholders would have got tickets for Istanbul as would fans who went to all CL games and an away game.

It's what has happened to the rest which seems a bit odd. Looking across the various forums it seems something like 1 in 10 have qualified for tickets. If there were 30,000 in the ballot that would mean about 3000 tickets. Very crude figures I know but this is what appears to be driving the frustration.
The club could put a stop to it, simply by coming out and saying the figures being bandied about are bollox, as the real figures are 25000 in the ballot and 10,000 tickets available or whatever.

People who miss out would still be pissed off but wouldn't be blaming the club. As usual it comes back to the level of communication for LFC. Hopefully H&G will change this.

I think Rick Parry should be sacked as this is the latest in a long line of balls up. He is so inept it's untrue.

I don't know anyone who has wona ticket on Ballet and I know 9 who tried. This was rigged and it stinks of corruption. It is ITV style phone in rubbish.

Some people need to man up. The club got 17,000 tickets and did the best they could in the time available. Its not perfect, it never is. The fault as Sara says is with UEFA who gave a bigger allocation to themselves. Like I say we are all depressed but you take it on the chin and learn. Just don't make the same mistake again.

Im struggling to believe there were 12,000 tickets in there. 27 in our group qualified and none got a ticket. I wish the club would just tell us the numbers as opposed us guessing.

Corporate season ticket holders with 6 credits have been guaranteed tickets.

I don't know how many that adds upto but add that onto the 7+ credit people and it doesn't leave a lot left.

But probably only 2 days before the day trips from Liverpool and Manchester are all sold out. All in all I need about £800 by this time on Friday.
The passport's a non issue I can sort that, as you said, it's the cash that's the problem. My mum gave me the money for I stanbul 2 years ago but she's not being to receptive this time.

Why oh why did I tell her that "it would be a once in a lifetime chance" 2 years ago?
