The way they've done it means people with no intention of going will now be able to pass on their tickets to others who havent bothered turning up for games, and now get to go to the final. Or tout them off.

the point that it was all set out before the competition started, you really think making ppl apply would make any difference at all you might whittle a few out but not a huge amount, all the people who don't take their allocation will just be re-allocated so it makes no difference

I assume this is a weak attempt at sarcasm as you obviously werent arsed about going to Athens, if you were as frustrated as people like myself then you might understand. I have a 500 quid flight and no ticket which i cant cancel and plenty of dickheads who have been to 6 games this season have a match ticket, i have spent over a grand a year for the last ten years following the club and have been to every home game this season without a season ticket and get no credit for that, Parry is in the job at the top of this fiasco. No matter what he has done previously for the club (my opinion of him was very good before this) he has to be held accountable for stupid decisions, thats why he gets paid what he does.
