Stop making sense Tommy. Agreeing with you is very disconcerting.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

no i meant a rail shuttle service down the existing freight line to a purpose built staion just down the road from the ground

But then LFC are now dealing with 2 councils. I cant see that happening.

its true neil, the way forward for local municipals is government grants and funding to make these cities greener. liverpool could make a huge statement to the world. get out in front and dont wait for scraps and leftovers from manchester. mass public transportation is the first step forward

why 2 councils, they have made preliminary enquiries to merseyrail/network rail a couple of years ago when they were planning the new stadium, and the idea was put on ice due to cost,

Is exactly right but Liverpool is run by clowns. It'd be great to have though.

Yeah and the costs are paying 2 different councils. Football clubs make money and Councils like Sefton and Knowsley are desperate for a peice of that cash. Oreil Road being in Sefton, they'd want a slice of the football pie if they are letting their patch being used.

I see alot of sense in what's being said If I've read things right. Does the story basically say we'll build a 68,000 capacity stadium with the ability to expand at a later date without the need for further construction apart from the fitting of seats. Is that right?
