I was thinking the same with regards to incoming funds we have a lot of players who will be off loaded this season.
There are at least 10 players that we will move on of them about 7-8 will net us a return.

So taking that at the low end and the most likely candidates to go would be the first 5 on the list we would be looking at £29 mill.
Now that would buy 2 decent wingers and although I really don't believe that Rafa would spend £30mill+ on one player it would give us the opportunity to do so.
Also lets not forget that we made a nice bit of money from our run in the CL to.

I don't think Sissoko will leave plus we didn't get any where near 3-4m for pongolle (1.5M i think). 60 m is still not enough I don't think any way not if we want to put in a serious challenge
