I understand that it's a Sunday, but that shouldn't stop some kind of response being made. You can bet your arse that if UEFA were telling Man Utd their fans were the worst in Europe there'd be a response on a Sunday.
Anyway there's been no response from the Club since Athens despite Gaillard being on the radio the very next morning cooking up his excuses.
These are incredibly damaging allegations that are being made and they can't be allowed to go unchecked.

    It was her birthday.
Would I have got married during the football season ?
    Anyway, it was Rochdale reserves.'

      Away Games (including neutral)

2004/05 3rd Qual, three group games, three knockout games, final 8 games
2005/06 1, 2, 3 Qual, three group games, one knockout, super cup 8 games
2006/07 3rd Qual, three group games, three knockout games, final 8 games

I assume that even drunk and disorderly means "an incident"?. If so they should be praising us!! 25 incidents in 24 games
Might as well lash our 2 wcc games in as well, they weren't exactly uefa matches but still our fans on travels

        Not having that mate.

We should have a response out by now.

Even if it's only an initial rebuttal, something along the lines of: "we vehemently dispute the report of Uefa as nothing more than a callus action to deflect blame from their shambolic organization of the final itself" and "our supporters are the best in Europe, since Heysel our fanbase has had an excellent record of supporting their team without incident. We demand Uefa make their evidence public"

They've basically slurred the lifeblood of this club and the club has said nothing. The response should've been instant.

Failing that we can just start firebombing ourselves. Starting by listing one by one - from both club and fans perspective - the complete UEFA fiasco that was the organization of the European Cup final.

It's not nice to descend to their level but we might have to. A bloody PR war during the crucial summer period is the last thing we need, but the name of this great club has been tarnished and it has to be protected from this corrupt scum.
Good ideas. However, do you believe Parry is going to spend time and energy backing us up when he's seemingly embroiled in political infighting within the club? I don't.

Ian Cotton should be earning his keep on this one.

Do we have a PR department?

Or is that just the Echo?

Either way we've got to respond.
