I guarantee no serious complaints have been ignored in the slightest. It would have been much better however if those complaints had been made via the report post function, rather than by quoting the post that the complaint was being made about in the thread. Just because I removed the complaint in the interest of restoring the thread to its original topic, does not mean it wasn't dealt with - it was, as it happens the original poster was red-carded for it.

I never edit out anything to avoid or ignore, and am quite upset at the insinuation that I would. The tone of this entire thread was unpleasant and full of petty insults, not at all what the majority of people visit this site to read, so I spent considerable time trying to sort it out rather than just trashing the whole thread. That meant removing both the crap, and some of the posts complaining about the crap, or else it would have immediately started again as soon as I reopened the thread. That is the only reason some perfectly valid posts were lost, unfortunate, but necessary from a moderating perspective.

And as for D*nk, well, that's just a silly thing to say frankly.

If you feel any other complaints have been ignored I would be only too happy to address your concerns via pm.

As for the rows, I think encouraging adult behaviour and argument is infinately better than permitting people to tell eachother to fukc off. One way means we get to discuss things and come to conclusions, the other ends up in a school yard brawl where logic and sense get trumped by gangs and abuse.
