Mind you, you reckoned it'd be "best for all concerned if Voronin breaks his leg"

They said shoot, he shot. Many times. Where's the argument? He wouldn't have shot if they weren't shouting I assure you.

No your right, I completely revoke all previous comment. Through razor sharp insight and sucsinct visionary argument you have clearly shown me that Xabi is in fact playing the best footy of his life and couldn't possibly be replaced by anyone, let alone some Argentinian first choice midfielder also generally regarded as one of the best in the world. I take it all back.

PS : In case you didn't get the sarcasm, i'm joking.

          Oh dear.

Ummm....how about you consider this. Perhaps he would've shot regardless of the crowd's ironic shouting. You know, given that he was in the centre of pitch, 25 yards from goal. He shot at Sunderland without the "aid" of thousands of Kopites shouting "shoot" so perhaps this top-level professional footballer is capable of making his own decisions without heeding the mock advice from the Kop.

          Dear God.

            Dear God.

NO ffs, did you see the match?

It was obvious he wasn't going to shoot and changed his mind as if he couldn't disobey the crowd or something.

FFS. He was like a headless chicken at times not knowing WTF to do. Go watch the game.

              Get a grip man.

What is with your very sudden and unbecoming patronising tone and this cringeworthy hardman act?

You are posting like a total bell-end. You are patronising older and more knowlegeable LFC supporters than yourself and you look a fool. You said recently, without a hint of irony, that "perhaps it would be best for all concerned if Voronin breaks his leg" , and now you are trying to tell me that Momo Sissoko only took a couple of shots at goal because the ****ing crowd are shouting "shooooooot".

I really thought you were joking before but i`ve now realised you`re not about the shooting thing. He really doesnt shoot because the crowd tell him to yanno

The crowd shout it when he is going to shoot anyway, but I do agree its a crap thing to do, got bored of it after the millionth time it was shouted to alonso after THAT goal.

Mascherano suits Gerrard better, I think that much is clear. Xabi still has a role to play in the squad, but at the moment I genuinely do feel he is second fiddle to Masher and Gerrard.

I was also immensely impressed with Momo last night, I have to say. That boy still has a lot to offer.

In the long term, there's no way we can keep FIVE central midfielders happy. We will have to sell one next summer.

There was one time the crowd shouted shoot and I swear he did alter his look from a player to the goal - could be coincidence or the 12th man!!!

Players react to man on so could react to shoot - Heskey in fact reacted only to commands, pitty he couldn't understand Tommo would of be great player.
Its times like these we learn to live again FF
