I don't even know what mawkish bloomin means, did a search on the net though:

    mawk·ish (môksh)
    adj.
    1. Excessively and objectionably sentimental. See Synonyms at sentimental.
    2. Sickening or insipid in taste.

    We come not to play.

To be fair I have come to the conclusion that the reviewers at the Metro, London Lite and the London Paper don't listen to the records they review. Basically if you are modern and new you get 4 or 5 depending on the reviewers mood if you are old you get 3 almost regardless.

I am also frequently disappointed that they manage to publish live reviews that read almost identically to their gig previews.

I think they meant it was objectionably sentimental as it was an album completely inspired by the city of Liverpool. Must have gotten under their Mancunian skin

          1. It's owned by the same company as the Daily Mail so that immediately disqualifies it.
          2. Who cares what critics think? Almost all of them serve no purpose whatsoever and are simply parasites sucking blood off creative people.

Still, it may well be flawed - most of "my" albums are.

So all you critics sit alone
You're no better than me for what you've shown.

The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

            Bizarre.

Everybody says "Nobody is bigger than the club blah blah blah....."

            Except Rafa...

            How odd.

That saying only counts for players and managers they don't like.

Rafa isn't bigger than the club. If we don't put up a good title challenge this season then even I would start asking if he is the right man for the job.

The same goes for Stevie. If he don't play any better than he has done the last year or two then I would be tempted to sell him for £30m+.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

i am not sure that either have to leave.

and i dont think that people are saying rafa is bigger than the club but he is the manager and so therefore as long as that is the case the players need to do what he says.

i am nto a RCDNW i doubt that anyone on here is. but i do think he is a very good manager and that he is the best man for the job.

i also believe that stevie is a world class player and that generally the team is better with him in it than not. but sometimes things need to be changed during a game.

i dont think that it is the huge issue that is being made out of it

Do this again in May and I'm sure the result will be in favour of SG.

                    I'd keep Stevie.

I think it's the kick that Gerrard needed

Gerrard told The Liverpool Echo: "I'm a local lad so the derby is really important to me and I would have liked nothing better than to play the full game and to be on the pitch when we got the winner.

"But as it turned out I was taken off and Lucas Leiva who replaced me played a crucial role in us getting the winning goal.
"The definition of insanity is not running into the same wall again and again; it's expecting a different result every time you do it."

I wouldn't be bothered if we got rid of both we are not going to win the league with rafa and his rotation and gerrard would want to start to realise how to control a game by holding onto possession instaed of trying to go for a hollywood ball and ending up losing it. We need a player like fabergas!
I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me Superman.
