Has to be Bob Paisley for me. He created our best ever team and was teh most successful both home and abroad. Lovely man who seemed to be so humble as well.

Apart from that 2000/2001 season we were absolutely dreadful. Even when we were winning we were dire to watch. You must remember when we beat barcelona 1-0 (Gary mac penalty from a kluivert handball?).....on both of those legs of that match we played 11 men behind the ball - it was embarassing and we stunk out europe all season with our performances except for the final.
