How did Kewell play when he came on?

Was unable to get infront of a telly for the match, so how did Harry do?

Harry was................ well Harry........... showed enough skill and ball control to make us think there is another false dawn coming

and just as he hits form again we all know he will sustain another injury
Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"

Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"

Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

He hasn't played in a long time so I can understand that Rafa takes it easy with him or else he will get another injury because the body isn't used to play week in week out.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I really do hope he can sort his injury problems out for us.

Looked different class, looked sharp, great vision, Torres must think Christmas has come early.

Harry has been a massive drain on our financial resources for several years and has always failed to live up to expectations

my one time source at melwood said he is always reluctant to come back from injury and will jog round the perimiter of melwood rather than train properly

(MY may not be the dogs bollox but its better than some jug eared conman standing on a wheelie bin)

                  It's a shame that isn't it.

One of the fundamentals of being a professional footballer is having a body used to playing football week in week out

Compared to Cisse would say he was a bargain.

His wages must be high Riise did look jelouse.

He looked fit tonight, and ready to go - so he's reluctant to come back from injury could be a physocolgical issue or constant probelms.

Kewell and Yossi look the way forward.

so when did harry actually come back from a career threatening injury, 2 months early to score a pen in the shoot out in Istanbul?

of the 2, for attitude and determination I know which one I prefer

he got injured in Istanbul so Didi could come on that's going thro pain for the good of the club!!!!

Ciise attitude and determination, only time he ever moved was at the end to throw his shirt into the crowd - and the lucky
catcher didn't need to wash it as there was no sweat or mud on it.

Kewell's had injury problems end of - understandable to be wary when coming back. The lad is class on his day and maybe after such a long lay off he may be behind all these problems.

You may be well be right, but someone who used to train at melwood with him told me that Harry was "never ready to resume full training" and preferred to fullfill his contract by jogging round the training ground

it just smacks of a bad money grabbing attitude to me
