I think we need cheerleaders or something like that.

In Sweden we have some people who helps the crowd to sing and chant all the time.

Should at least be tested to see how it works out because something need to be done.

Interesting idea, but I think once you bring in an external/artificial factor to pump up the crowd you kind of admit defeat. I'd like to think we're too big and too good for that. I'd hate to end up being one of those clubs where we play after a goal to get the crowd going or employ a mascot on the touchline during the game to pump up the fans.

You are right to suggest something needs to be done about it though. RTK and the 1892 block doesn't seem to have done the trick though has it?

Time changed when they removed the standing inside the stadium. With the new all seater stadiums then you more or less must add something extra to get the extra atmosphere in a big stadium.

The stewards are also a lot stricter in the UK than in Spain or Italy for example. That means that you will sit down the whole game and that means a lot more difficult to get the crowd singing because it's more comfortable to sit and just do nothing than to stand up and sing and waive your flag, show your scarf or something like that.

It's a difficult problem.

What many clubs have is a group of guys with megaphones who lead the singing though...think less:

The logic is that if you're not prepared to sing your lungs out, you shouldn't be there.

That's what we have in Sweden. It gets you going even when you think you can't scream your lungs out anymore.
