    Thats why.
Did you pay an extra £200m for the same house?

So did you pay over double the original amount in the end? That is what we are talking about here and the bit that mkes no sense. I could see them offering G&H a small profit or poss even a loss but not a stinking big profit for doing nothing.

It's a rubbish story and that 500m was plucked from thin air. They, DIC, went through due diligence before and would again... the last buy out was 172.6m. Six months on they wouldn't just offer half a billion to the people who outbid them 6 months ago. It's fanciful!

They bought the club for £280m.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

If DIC took over it would all be paid with loans anyway.

Doubt you'll hear anyone moaning then...

It all depends on what the arabs estimated profit was. Lets be fair there is a muntain of untapped cash in the merchandising, the yanks have done **** all to harness that as yet and Dic could have the whole arab nation paying for lfc stuff, If their projections are profitable enough then there is no reason that they wouldnt buy us no matter the cost.

Pesonally I cant see it happening but only because good things dont happen to Liverpool and its supporters this year it seems!!

Would the £500m be for building the stadium as well and there would be no profit for the yanks.

The Yanks want to get the stadium build going, it's obvious. With the new stadium on the way we'd be worth more than 500 mill.

but if this story is true and I don't believe it they wont have the time to start it before the loan becomes due.

not until it's built we wouldn't and it'd still be debt, so i very much doubt the stadium would make any difference

If I knew someone couldn't afford what they owned, I'd buy it for LESS than they paid, not more

                              Bull**** story

If successful, DIC, led by Liverpool supporter Sameer Al Ansari, would invest heavily in two areas: the new stadium that Liverpool need if they are to compete with Arsenal and Manchester United for matchday revenue, and an improved playing squad. Were they also to acquire a new management team Jose Mourinho, who is known to be interested in managing Liverpool, would be a prime candidate.
Well, now we know were the Mourinho rumours comes from.
