I sometimes think that they must be wondering what they got themselves into. I just can't believe they thought they would have to give as much time to the club as it needed and how much they are being hounded by the press. Also the bad publicity and the number of fans they must get emails from. I just can't help but think that a few things out of their control have given them concerns about their purchase.

Where does this figure of £500m come from?

Why the **** would the Arabs want to pay over the odds for a football club who's present owners are up **** creek without a paddle in terms of refinancing their existing loans?

It would make no business sense to offer the Americans such an easy out. If they are lucky they'll get back what they paid for our football club.

If they make a £75m [$125m] profit EACH then they are geniuses of the highest order.

If the Arabs are genuinely interested in buying the club, i really dont think it'd be as a business/profit making method. Think about it, they have literally billions. Profit from football isnt easy anyway, but when you put it into context, any profit they could make, for them, would be akin to the loose change i have in my pocket now.

If they're after the club, i think it's more for the prestige and they'll go all out to win things. A few hundred million quid is also quite small time for them, so i doubt they'd baulk at shelling out for success.
