Maybe this Al Ansari fella has regretted the fact he lost out to G&H last year. Could be something that has haunted him, after all he was educated in England and is a Liverpool fan

I think it's pretty clear that the top clubs in the premiership are ripe fo a milking (so to speak). With the TV contracts and everything, now is the time to hop on the gravy train.
SCUM aren't going to sell, Arsenal already have a russian billionaire sniffing around, Chavs-forget it, we're next in line.
If they have a chance at acquiring LFC, they'd be mad not to look into it just from a business point of view. I still don't think it'll happen but you never know.

        Cheers for the info RC.

As for the article, well, it seems this time the journos has done some homework at least, with sources backing up their point.

No probs fredo, pinch of salt though, yeah?
She's never given me info like this before but we were chatting on a night shift. Anyway, she has a "source", but the info could still be hearsay which has been picked up. That's how I viewed it.

Sorry but without details of who the source is and how they would know such matters it is difficult to give much credence to this.

I think there is very little chance of DIC coming back to the table

He just passed it on. Could be true or not, that's for people to make out.

As for DIC, well we never know. I've been reading some of the press this morning and I personally think that they're in with a good shout. Remember that it's chief executive is a Liverpool fan.

That could offset any rational analysis in the end.

I am aware that he passed it on...but its difficult to take internet rumours seriously without a source, althought I know full well its often impossible to provide a source.

There will be no irrational analysis as far as DIC are concerned. Business and money all the way. The only good thing about them is there are prepared to spend to achieve success and hence profitability

                  Agreed.

But there are strong hints that they're still in the background. Could be bollocks, but these things tend to build up.

If you take all what's in the press and make a resume, you can pretty much come to a fair conclusion. I can't see anyone other than them having the financial clout to run this club as it should.

A DIC spokeswoman said: "We can only say 'no comment' at this stage."

                    I like them already

An ex-player passed it on to her, I've no probs with you not taking it seriously though redheart, makes no difference to me but I hope that's your curiosity satisfied.

You see...how would an ex player know? Spying on G+H is he?

Dunno mate, I'm not really accustomed to interrogating someone

She told me the information, I wasn't going to bother posting it as I didn't think it was particularly well founded but it tied in with this thread so I added it.
Anyway, don't worry yourself over it, whether it's true or not it will all become clear in time

I give your post 0/10. Can you please stop commenting me every time I speculate or post something that isn't a fact. It's ****ing ridiculous and you behave like a child that think that he is better than anyone else.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Is it not Gillette and his son & Hicks and his son, Rick Parry and David Moores

Why would they then need board backing, if the 2 owners are in agreement of securing the loan against the club assets.
Said weeks ago that Moores is having Kittens and Parry is out of his depth. I'm some fantasist idiot though
