DIC sense that there's a rift between Gillett and Hicks and they're going in for the kill. let's hope it results in the two yankee cunts falling prey to them.
I think Gillett will ultimately prove to be key, in unison with Moores and Parry. Whilst the latter pair have no real say, Gillett will be swayed by them, if he hasnt already that is.

The financial difficulties make it tricky enough for Hicks, and i think Gillett will prove to be one obstacle too many for the slack-jawed yokel.

What i meant was that the dust had settled, with regards to the possibility of his sacking being 'imminent'. I genuinely felt that Rafa (along with plenty of us) would've considered this to be a serious danger in recent weeks and there was probably a time where he sincerely felt that he wouldnt survive until the summer. Now i think that fear has diminished.

This suggests to me that Rafa has had some kind of confirmation that the deal will proceed - that along with the noticeable change in his demeanour the last few days.

Won't fully believe it until I see the press conference though.
I said something similar a couple of days ago. In the interview after the Luton FA Cup game he was totally relaxed and smiling! Smug as **** in fact. It was palpable.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

But the Arabs' determination needs to be coupled with our will to show the yanks they have no future at Liverpool in the eyes of the fans. we cant get complacent here. we need to hammer the message home to them.

            Agreed.

We need to fight until they have boarded the ship back stateside.

Theyre worth gazillions so they know exactly how and when to attempt a hostile takeover and exactly how to do it. They have obviously been lying in wait for ages just waiting for the right time to pounce. The yanks are small fry to these fellas.

For them to go for the kill now, and to use the media weapon so blatantly, suggest they know they will succeed.

No disputing that mate, the emphasis must continue.

I agree coops. None of us really know much about them, but they certainly have an air of 'knowing what they are doing' about them.

They look more professional than G&H. I certainly couldnt imagine seeing the Sheik or Al-Ansari waving a wad of bank notes in front of Geoff Shreeves and giggling like a pair of retarded schoolboys.

This cant be emphasised enough mate. The more we kick up a fuss, the more the media will shout it out. And the media are our weapon. For once WE can use THEM ****s to get what we want.

Dont give up lads until the fat texan sings.

Which makes me wonder why we ended up with these two ****wits in the first place. May be it's because the laughably clownish way in which they conduct business is more in keeping with the style Parry and Moores were familiar with and they felt more at ease with the yankee ****s compared to the professionalism of the Arabs. Regardless, whilst Parry and Moores have any influenc eleft within the corridors of power at Anfield they need to do all they can to bring the yank cunts down from the inside. Coupled with fan power and the Arabs' determination, we might just get there.
