Hmmm... are you in that office that's on the corner of Devonshire Row, I only ask because I remember that being some sort of a new media marketing company last time I walked past..?
Small world indeed. That I am mate, the one with the tacky digital marketing stickers on the windows - lol

I can't imagine where you are though, must be a different line of sight from perhaps the All-Bar-One side as I don't think there are any banks directly next to where we are, mainly insurance.

Surely there is no long term future for them at a club where they are despised by the fans.

They should take the money and run while they have the chance but no doubt they will hold out for as long as they can to maximise their profit.

You 2 could always go on a date and talk about LFC and all the DIC stuff on that.

With City and others coming up through the ranks, heavy squad investment is required to stay in top 4. Nobody at the table are idiots. They all know this. Therefor the logical outcome will be a sale. Now or in the summer - soon.

That's how I see it. If your assumptions above are correct.

If you had all the paper articles and people giving info it would be less than a page. I also know I haven't helped.

                Thanks for that Tom.

Good to get some concrete information from a proper source.

I just cant see how these guys are going to make any money whilst keeping us competitive.

The stadium wont be finished for another 3 years and until then the team will probably need a net investment of around £20 - £30m per season to keep up with united, chelsea and arsenal. That's almost twice our season's profits (including a decent run in the Champions league)

hicks and gillett shouldnt wait on our home grown talent to take the team to the next level as it wont happen for a while. They will have to fund the purchases for the team and pay the interest on the loans.

Until then we wont be able to compete with teams like man city, newcastle and everton let alone the arsenal's of this world.

I really dont think they have thought this through. What's the point of having a 70k seater stadium when we're mid-table. How many corporate boxes will they sell at £50k when they cant qualify for the uefa cup.

If the info had been rubbish the surely Hicks would have sued BBC.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                      What for?

Wouldn't he have to sue every newspaper in England?

Sued them for what? It can't be defamation, there's nothing anybody could publically say that wouldn't make him look a bigger cunt than he already has himself.

You don't do that unless you have to, it would cause him more problems long term. Also all they have said is BBC understands and that they have sources. What is so bad a bout the story that would warrant legal action.

                            Latest from Radar's source:

all this talk of there being no DIC takeover bid is fans of other clubs being extremly jelousI am not a Liverpool fan I am a Arsenal fan however my Uncle works for the maktoum family in dubai he is in control of one of there retail park there and said that the maktoums are will buy Liverpool at sum point in the near future however it could drag on to Summer due to the Americans being extremly proud and want to fight for the club how ever they will not get there loan for the club and the club will fall into the hands of the bank and then DIC will be buy the club off them.the bank do not want to give the Americans a loan because they no that DIC are willing to pay 500 million for the LFC and that would mean that would make 150 million as the Americans loan is only 350 million.once DIC takeover Rick Parry will be sacked. David Dein possible candidate but who will take over is not comfirmed. DIC feel that Rick Parry is only in the job because of his friendship with David Moores who made sure he had job even when he was bought out. DIC feel he has no business skills and beleive that the moves he has made are for his own benefits rather than the club.

                                Client in London?

Bank travels to meet client, not the opposite.

DIC aren't a client, and why the hell would RBS be discussing details of another clients loan with DIC. Certainly not before the 18th Feb. People are barking up the wrong tree.
