    I think Pennant has shown enough for me to be back up to the first XI. I'm never overly worried when he plays, gets stuck in enough and does provide an option on the wing.

    I'm always wanting us to improve the squad, but any money we have should be on first teamers now. No point waisting cash on improving upon a reserve RW.

    Better than Kuyt or save the cash for me.

      Yep that's an area we can definitely improve upon. We need to start converting more of our chances, but that will change when Torres comes back and Keane gets into a goal-scoring rhythm.

      Keane is bound to score his first league goal at the Lane on Saturday.

                    Yeah, I'm with you on that too. We're finally in the position, that manure have been in for a more than a few years now, where we can blow the whole budget on 1 world class player.

                            I think he was better than average, the things he was asked to do he did well and he cut out a lot of the annoying little things he usually does. Very few fouls, hardly gave the ball away and got forward when the occassion presented itself. I think he suffers a bit because he is a continuity player rather than having a specific role. Xabi is the playmaker, El Jefecito is the destroyer, SG is the tsunami and Lucas, well he carries the luggage But he does it so well

                              Lucas was decent today. He filled in well for Mascher. 7/10 today. If we had our first choice strike force fit, Lucas might of had a couple of assists tonight
