I'm aint a RCDNW member lad but at the same time calling for Rafa to be sacked when you are top of the league in Dec is a tad bit OTT in all honesty

god could you imagine if we were fifth instead of Arsenal and not won our Cl group and be rated number 1 team in Europe how much worse itd be for Rafa.

I think he deserves one btw but feel it's been a distraction for the last number of weeks. Rafa played a stinker today. Wrong team selection, tactics and substitutions and his transfer dealings now have a major question mark over them. If you don't trust a 20 million striker you just bought to turn a game then whats the point in having him. Has he fallen out with keane? Is it man managment? I just don't understand what he is doing with Keane or Babel for that matter. I'm a fan of Rafa but frustrated as **** with him at the moment. SORT IT OUT BOSS
I'd just like to point out that when we were first linked with Rafa I was over the moon (Think it was the Koptalk days). There was a lot of negativity about getting him, people saying he was another Houllier or whatever. However, I watched a lot of his Valencia team and was well pleased when we got this guy. I know I come across as anti-Rafa at times, but I'm just a Liverpool fan who wants to see us finally win the League again.

However, for me, there have been certain issues where he has failed to cover himself in glory. Every manager ****s up with transfers. Fergie has had his fair share. But, through the press Rafa does a lot of dealing with the owners, in terms of his contract and spending money on players. That's not on. There is no need to offer him an extension as yet and there is no need for him to bring it up like he does on occasions here and there to remind people his contract hasn't been sorted

On to the players. I don't want to be seen as being contradicting. I thought Keane would be a good signing for us. He's been disappointing. I thought Dossena would be good, but got sucked in by the hype of him having a couple of games for Italy

However, Keane probably had his best game for us on Weds and Babel did well. To not bring Keane on at all in this game was shocking to be honest. Dossena, maybe trying to get used to a new league but has no positional sense whatsoever. That's inexcusable.

Like I said he shouldn't be sacked. But he should not have an extension either. If he didn't bring it up then there would be no worry over players. They can't be sold until their contracts are up so I don't buy it about players moving on if his contracts aren't sorted.

He needs to sort out his personal failings and learn lessons from his mistakes and he can win us the title. But he hasn't done so far. I hope he does before it's too late as I genuinely like the guy

I'm bitterly dissapointed with d results at home and annoyed at Rafa's stubborn team selections but at the same time I am fukn chuffed we are top of the league and showing some serious bottle. Calling for Rafa's head is just plain STUPID and I am surprised with Rage am sure he was just letting off steam. Judge Rafa in May.

Just can't believe the Scum dropped points again, they more than anyone needed to make up some points, so when us or the Chav's drop a couple they should be looking to gain, but they couldn't, even knowing the outcome of our game beforehand to er Spur them on.

It's an amazing exciting tough league this season.

Good to watch, but not good if you're a fan of any of the top 4

I love Rafa but how he looked at Kuyt for 98 minutes today is beyond me. And to bring Lucas on when we needed a goal was just plain crazy.

This is gonna cost us the legaue big time, and have to say, can't see us winning it under Raffa. This loss of wins at home is alarming to say the least...I'm really p!ssed off today, a great chance to go 4 clear and we blow it.......Raffa needs a slap big time!
How come you don't how to spell Rafa. I also suggest prozac before you top yourself.

So disappointing, but it's staring us in the face that we do not have a winning mentality.

Quite why Keane didnt come on, i've no idea, but if Rafa insists on being stubborn, then he shouldnt have bothered putting Keane on the bench.

I dont know if anything's happened behind closed doors, but to me, Rafa looks like he's putting his own pride ahead of what's best for the team and it'll cost us.

If someone can put forward a valid reason why, with 20, 15 and 10 minutes to go, chasing a winning goal at home, no striker was brought on and we continued playing one up front against Hull ****ing City, then i'd like to hear it.

Not calling for him to be sacked, Blacky! Where did I say that? He needs to be given until the end of the season. I said that in August and will say it in March. Maybe he knows something we don't and I hope he does. His tactics are baffling to most of us and we have underperformed at home. Only one thing gives me hope, and that is that we always have a better second half of the season. We will need one of these if we are to hang in there. I love this club but I won't agree with the manager blindly. He got it right many times this season but today I thought he got it wrong, mainly the formation and personnel.

At the end of the season, the owners of this club need to see where we are. If we have progressed this season under Rafa then he should be given more time. But if the doubts remain then he should not be beyond reproach. Rafa Benitez is not Liverpool Football Club. The success of the club is the most important thing and there is no room for sentiment.
