If he's only fit in time for a debut against Chelsea, i'd rather play Lucas.

How'd he pass a medical when he's injured?

I'd presume it is because despite his current injury there are no underlying issues and the known injury is healing well. I am guessing the insurance people are perfectly happy with it.

Perhaps he'll change his mind when he becomes a foreigner when he might find out what it's like to be on the receiving end of xenophobic abuse.

                    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

No but i believe they were the same quacks that we used for Kewell and am hoping the scum used for Owen.

I have a feeling that it will be longer than 8 weeks, infact it will be 10 weeks when Rafa decides to rest the impressive Lucas ( who by then will be top of every stat and dream team for a midfielder).........In rafa I trust and In Lucas I trust , if anyone has saw how much this guy has bulked up over the summer then we are singing from the same sheet, Mods mark this down LUCAS to be shoving a lot of things down all his critics throats this season

It's hardly 'picking', i just dont think an ideal debut for a foreigner joining a new difficult league, is Chelsea away.
