Yes people played poor against Spurs and Stoke. But it was partly down to them not being able to play due to the problem in CM. That is where games are won and lost in football.
At present when we are pressured our attacks are not quick enough and as such they break down. Obviously when teams sit off us they concede possession and allow us to create chances, but teams sit off more because we are Liverpool and not because we are putting them under any sort of extended pressure.

and it kind of justifies why Rafa is so reluctant to start him.
