But defensive positioning and tactical awareness, all key in a defenders case, come with age and more playing time. The above might be true in an attacking players case whereby your tactical nous can be overlooked by your dribbling skills or natural finishing abilities for example. Insua may have been thrown somewhat into the deep end this season, but he's an able deputy to our first choice Aurelio, and imo he'll become a steadfast in the team within a few years.

He'll learn a lot from tonight. Two small mistakes which led pretty much to their goals. He wasnt exactly helped by the rest of the defence and team but he got exposed.

Can see him being part of the first team squad for years to come although Aurelio is still first choice for me and i'd play him on Sunday.
