Pompey will not get into the Europa League even if they win the FA Cup. They havent submitted their finances yet to the UEFA which means they wont be allowed to participate in any European competitions

Not sure how football clubs value is calculated - too lazy to read the D&T valuation stuff - but generally value is based on future earnings. Expected future earnings will be less so G&H will inevitably have to accept less therefore hopefully making us a more attractive purchase.
