Thanjk you.

i'm sure he will - morgan will be fuming that moores has thrown his name into the blame game in this letter.
Whether he is to blame or not - imo, moores shouldn't have mentioned any other party in this letter except himself and hicks/gillete - i include parry in that too - if parry has something to say or add he should do so,
the letter just smacks me of a bit of desperation and regret because it's backfired and makes all involved look like cunts.
greedy cunts.....every party involved, the banks, the major shareholders, the financial advisors and the owners, all saw the ££££'s flashing in front of their eyes and took their slice and basically raped and left the club for dead
That's the opinion i have too, they ALL took the money and ran, not one voiced any concerns about how Hicks and Gillette do business.

But if they voted 100% in favour of the G&H buyout then Moores isn't the only one to shoulder the blame. Clearly Morgan didn't object.
Well Morgan has already come out in denial about what Moores said. It's on the BBC.
Did'nt think it would take long. So now we'll have ex shareholders arguing the blame out in public, while H&G sit on their ****ty arses waiting and crapping on our club!
He is just trying to defend himself to the abuse he got. I guessed he and his family has been threatened. Do you think this is right? If people were instigating a hate campaign against you, what would you have done? There's nothing wrong in him trying to pass on his true feelings on the matter. I also think, judging that there was some kind of email exchange with the Echo reporter previously, he was invited to come forward with his views.
Fredo, my point is that this thread has been started to discuss Moores' letter and its content. I'm only concerned with what it says not Mr Moores' motives for writing it.
It is, but i expect Steve Morgan to get involved at some point, having been personally mentioned by Moores as a 'co conspiritor/eager seller to h&g'.
Morgan is as much to blame as any other shareholder
He alongwith Moores, Granada and the rest of the shareholding fully endorsed the sale to the Yanks
Morgan is fond of pointing the finger but as per my Echo article earlier he supported the sale to the current owners and despite him recently trying to re-write history by saying he was forced into selling
Neither him nor any other shareholder was forced to sell. The Americans got the full support required the first round of their offer over 90% if I remember rightly (they got more than the percentage required for compulsory purchase of the balance shares)
Frankly Morgans response is about as meaningless as Moores' letter
We are were we are because an awful lot of people were duped by a couple of promises from a pair of carpetbaggers
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
However, Morgan, who is now the owner of Wolves, denied that was the case.
He told BBC Radio Merseyside: "I haven't read the letter but I would disagree with that statement.
"Perhaps if he had done some due diligence at the time then it wouldn't have happened but we are where we are.
"I agree with the sentiment that something drastic needs to happen at Liverpool to get it out of the mess it's currently in."

But The Times claims to have evidence of the DD that Moores DID do through the various banks involved.
Maybe he should have done some due dilligence also when he made these comments to the Echo back in 2007
Morgan’s faith in US pair
Mar 26 2007 by Chris Bascombe, Liverpool Echo
FORMER Anfield shareholder Steve Morgan today explained why he agreed to sell his six per cent ownership of the club prior to today’s final deadline.
Liverpool’s American takeover was drawing to a conclusion this afternoon, when all remaining shareholders had to decide whether to sell or not.
George Gillett and Tom Hicks are already guaranteed full ownership of Liverpool having passed the 90% threshold.
Those who have not sold already will be forced to sell later under a compulsory order.
Speaking for the first time about his decision to sell, which came earlier in the process, Morgan said a meeting with Gillett convinced him it was the right thing for the future of the club.
He said: “I spoke to George Gillett and I recognised he needed the 100% ownership, so I decided to sell my six per cent shareholding to the new owners.
“He seemed a nice enough guy and we came to an understanding on the matter. I recognised the deal was going to go through.
“As a Liverpool fan, obviously it’s a sad day for me to have to sell my shares after 12 years’ ownership but it seemed to be in the best interests for the future.
“Now, like every supporter and shareholder, I wish George every success in his ownership of Liverpool.”
Gillett and Hicks will now begin the process of purchasing the shares, before formally taking control.
They hope that will happen before they return to England at the end of the week, when they’ll watch the fixture with Arsenal and hold their much publicised meeting with manager Rafa Benitez.
The American duo also face more pivotal planning meetings as they make a decision on the future of the Stanley Park stadium following a reassessment of those design changes which are both feasible and legal.
